This SGM from NÖRDIC can function as a 1 to 2 splitter or 2 to 1 switch. As a splitter, you connect an HDMI video source to two monitors, TV or projector and the image is displayed one by one. Two monitors cannot display the image at the same time. As a switch, you connect two HDMI video sources such as Blu-ray, PC, Xbox, PS4/PS5 etc. to a monitor or TV. You can switch between video sources at the touch of a button. In order for the switch to work in 8K, it is necessary that video sources, TV/monitor and cables can handle 8K60Hz.
