Description

The NÖRDIC digital to analog converter converts digital audio signals from coaxial or Toslink to analog L/R audio and is available for connection to an external device such as an amplifier via standard RCA connectors. Power adapter included.

Input: S/PDIF Coaxial and Toslink
Output: RCA L/R
Support for sampling rate 32, 44.1, 48 and 96 KHz

This audio converter does not decode 5.1CH / Dolby, DTS or other surround audio signals. It converts 2CH PCM digital audio to 2CH analog audio.

For TV, go to audio setting -> SPDIF type -> select PCM or LPCM
For Xbox, go to Settings -> System -> Console Settings -> Audio/Digital Output -> select digital stereo instead of Dolby
For PS3, go to Settings -> Audio Settings -> Audio Output Settings -> Optical Digital
If you are using Apple TV, make sure Dolby Digital is set to “Off”.
