Useful to know:

This external hard drive docking station supports all SATA M.2 SSDs.

When using Offline Clone Duplicator, the capacity of '2' SSD must be larger than the capacity of '1' SSD, otherwise the clone cannot be completed.

The Offline Clone function can not be connected to the computer. Only supports offline cloning.

SSD Health: If there is a bad sector in the SSD, copying may stop. Scan the SSD first before cloning to make sure there are no bad sectors.

Make sure the two SSD drives are recognized by the computer when you connect our SATA M.2 Duplicator. If not, cloning will not be possible.

It is normal for the device to become warm, as the high-speed SATA M.2 drives generate a lot of heat during operation. Do not touch the SSD during operation.

For a brand new SSD drive, it may not be recognized because the brand new SSD drive needs to be formatted before using it for the first time. And you also need to create a partition on the SSD drive.

If you want to remove the SSD, first unplug the power and then take out the SSD.

The clone function does not support encrypted SSDs. Before performing the clone, you need to decrypt the hard drive first.
